Shipping costs.

Shipping costs may vary depending delivery address. Although most of our boxes are manageable, keep in mind that our products are delivered at street level. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us at hello@parachilna.eu.

Delivery times.

If not specified otherwise, delivery times for our lamp may vary from 6 to 8 weeks are. We believe in supporting traditional craftsmanship, Parachilna products are hand-made and assembled upon order. As a result, unpredictable situations may happen along the manufacturing process that might slightly vary delivery times. 
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

Delivery Conditions.

We dispatch orders with the contact details provided through the checkout process. If you were to find an error or need to modify the delivery address, please contact us at hello@parachilna.eu. Note that if the order has been shipped, modifications might incur in extra costs.

-Parcels
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Please keep track of the shipment. For any inconvenience regarding shipment or delivery, please directly .

-Freight
The service includes standard curbside delivery. It means that the courier will deliver your order to the curb of your specified delivery address. This service does not include inside delivery, item assembly or removal of pallets and packaging. 
For delivery, our logistics partner will get in touch with you in order to schedule the best delivery date. Note that if delivery fails, a new shipment will be scheduled and extra cost might apply.
